String Trim in Java

Used to remove trailing and leading whitespace in a string.

Syntax

String trimmedString = stringName.trim();

String untrimmed = "Welcome to SyntaxCenter!   ";
String trimmed = untrimmed.trim();
System.out.println(trimmed); //should output "Welcome to SyntaxCenter!"
